We understand that each facility has specific protocols relating to wound care. We coordinate our wound care treatment plans to meet your facility's standards.
Our team regulary attends your facility's care planning meetings.
Our interdisciplinary team meeting notes are faxed to your facility every two weeks.
We meet with your facility's MDS Coordinator regularly to ensure that our care plans match.
Our outside vendors are held to the same service standards as our staff, and are an additional in-service resource to your facility.
We meet with your Wellness Nurse or Resident Care Coordinator to ensure our care plans match.
