goes out to a patient when needed
- Support groups and memorial services offered to all of our active facilities
- Homestead Hospice Medical Director visits each of our patients monthly
- We treat symptoms when needed to provide comfort
- Customer Service Nurse calls patients, their families, facilities all day to ensure we are meeting our service goals
