- Customer Service Nurse calls patients, their families, facilities all day to ensure we are meeting our service goals and your expectations - Lead nurse's aide supervises and schedules aides and fills in if an aide is out unexpectedly - On-call Nurses are backed by administrative call team of managers each night to ensure someone always goes out to a patient when needed - Support groups and memorial services offered to all of our active facilities - Homestead Hospice Medical Director visits each of our patients monthly - We treat symptoms when needed to provide comfort Proactive Care Offerings

- Our Homestead HOPE Foundation provides education and resources to the senior
population through our media outreach, community outreach, church collaboration and commitment to local senior centers in areas we serve.
