   goes out to a patient when needed
- Support groups and memorial services offered to all of our active facilities
- Homestead Hospice Medical Director visits each of our patients monthly
- We treat symptoms when needed to provide comfort

- We will treat a wound to shrink it

Giving Back to the Community

- Our Homestead HOPE Foundation provides education and resources to the senior
   population through our media outreach, community outreach, church collaboration and
   commitment to local senior centers in areas we serve.
- Our radio show "Senior Life Enrichment" airs every Saturday morning at 10:30 am
   on WNIV, Atlanta's Christian Talk Radio 970 AM and 1400 AM and every
   Wednesday at 2:00 pm on WYZE, Atlanta's Gospel Station 1480 AM
